God, Send Me the One
Zeb M. - Tallahassee, Florida 2010

I was in the faith-based Wakulla CI in the morning and I saw many who said they were right with God but as I listened closer I noticed they weren't as they appeared to be. The ones I talked to were telling what they felt was right but it was not the same God I serve. As the morning went on I met a young man who was mad at the men who were trying to tell him how to live. After staying with him about an hour, I finally was able to lead him to Jesus. He was so happy he hugged me and thanked me for explaining to him the way according to God's word. In the evening we were under a shed and many others were there. I was praying and asking God to send to me the one He wanted me to talk with. He sent me a young man who was addicted to heroin. After some time he gave his life to Jesus! As we talked he kept telling me how he would pray to God and ask him for help. I asked him how many times he thanked God for things He had already given him. He said, "None, I think." After explaining the way to salvation, he gave his heart to Jesus and wouldn't leave for a while. He just stayed there and talked with me and thanked me over and over for telling him the truth. He said he can leave the prison now and live his life for Jesus and maybe he will come back to prisons and minister to others. God is so good.
