I was in a county jail and went over to a lady sitting there looking very depressed.  I began to talk to her and eventually asked if she had a relationship with Jesus.  She answered yes she had asked Him into her life in county 3 months earlier.  I asked why she seemed so sad and she replied; "I want a Christian husband and no man wants a whore for a wife."  I then asked her had she done anything with any one since asking Jesus into her life and she said; "NO!"  I reminded her that when we ask Jesus into our lives we become like new born babies, pure and clean.  She said; "You mean I'm not dirty anymore?"  I asked herif she had ever heard of a newborn baby being born a whore?  Again she said; "NO!"  I then assured her neither was she in God's eyes.  She light up like a neon sign.  Joy flooded her features and a smile broke out all over her face.  Sometimes I only get to weed and water but God does the growing and blessing.
