This was the best CFL event that I have attended. About 25 events (I have lost count). This weekend I was chosen to go to Madera County Jail.  What a difference in atmosphere, different than any other jail I have been in.  It seems that most of the staff have a very strong faith and have been praying over that facility for this weekend. You can tell that the Chaplains are doing a tremendous job at delivering the Word of God because many of the inmates I talked to were well grounded. I was pulled out of my assigned pod to accompany two platform guests to a maximum security pod. After the CO and platform guests left, the Holy Spirit took over and touched hearts as I presented the information on the tract and lots of names were added to the Book of Life. That afternoon I had  similar experience with the addition of another experienced teammate.  This time it was a maximum security gang pod that were NOT drop outs.  I feel blessed by the Creator for allowing me to be there this weekend.  But that may not be the main reason that I was there.  Because of circumstances I was chosen to transport a lady from Texas that came this week end in spite of her situation.  Adrienne has limited funds and very limited mobility, and in spite of taking an additional fall and injury the week before, she came anyway. Christians that go way past the extra mile to share God's love and mercy and forgiveness have my utmost respect.  She could have sat in her wheelchair back home and just prayed for us (a good thing) but she threw herself into the action.  I believe that God's job for me was just to get her to the battle.  Thank you LORD!
