| Dry Bones
Michael D. - Folsom 2010
What an honor and blessing it is to serve Jesus Christ, my Lord, Savior, Redeemer and King. The Lord opened the doors of Old Folsom Prison, to preach the Way, the Truth and the Life which is the Gospel of Jesus Christ. When I saw the big yard of Old Folsom Prison, it reminded me what the prophet Ezekiel wrote, it was a land full of bones and they were very dry (Ezekiel 37:1-2). The Lord answered our prayers and broke Satan’s stronghold in Old Folsom Prison.
Light was now shining and darkness could not hide. Many of these dry bones came to life when they heard the testimonies of brothers and sisters in Christ. The harvest was ready and we fished. The word of God pierced through the soul and spirit of many who heard His word. Many came and were saved by accepting Jesus as Lord and Savior. Many prodigal sons came back to the King and were assured of His love and mercy. All glory is the Lord’s. Alleluia.
It was awesome to see God’s hand in all of this and how He moved many in this short time. I pray this will continue and God will open doors to the 2 other prisons in this area because there are still many dry bones and the harvest is ready. I thank you Father for hearing our prayers and will continue to pray that Lord will send more workers soon and humbly asked this in Jesus name. Amen.
