Jack Parker is the owner of Tapatio Springs Resort in Boerne, Texas, and is the managing partner of Waterwood National Resort north of Houston. He also owns several other companies including Club Consultants, Inc., Kendall County Utilities, Kendall County Development Company, Tapatio Springs Buildiers and Trophy Properties.

Jack's educational background includes studies at Mississippi Southern University, University of British Columbia, Cornell University and Houston University.

After retiring from the Air Force, where he managed officers' clubs and golf courses internationally, Jack began club management in the private sector where he developed and/or managed such clubs as Woodlake Country Club, The Club at Sonterra, The Dominion Country Club, Teton Pines Resort and Country Club in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and The Quarry Golf Club, as well as several other clubs throughout the United States. He is a member of the Club Managers Association of America, the Canadian Society of Club Managers and the U.S. Golf Association. In addition, Jack is on the board of Christian Senior Services, which is Meals on Wheels of San Antonio. This organization delivers close to 1,000,000 meals annually to homebound seniors.

On a personal note, Jack and his wife, Shirley, have been married for 54 years and have three children and nine grandchildren. In October of 1989, there was a spiritual change that altered his life dramatically and continues to be the focus of everything he does.
