From 1994 to 2002 Jim Lang was the Executive Director for Bill Glass Ministry.  He grew the Prison Ministry operations by 400 percent while decreasing unit costs by one-half.  Jim used his 34 months of prison experience to model and encouraged others that you can become useful again after prison.  In 2002 he came the Executive Vice President and was responsible for overall organizational operations, including development, marketing, constituent relations, strategic planning and communications. Jim received the  coveted “Gold Cross” upon retirement from the ministry in 2004.  Bonnie worked as a Project Administrator, Coordinator and Housing Director for CFL from 1994 to 2004.
