Dear Teammates,
Atlanta day of Champions was again a day of being on the front lines of the army of God. To witness so many firsts taking place while souls being ushered into the kingdom continually reminds us this is not our doing but the Lord of heaven come down to let us be a part of it.
First; to have the roster fill up weeks before the deadline, with a turnout of 47 freshmen in the 207 teammates, very few no-shows.
First time we were able to bring in a blind teammate with his seeing eye dog to share Christ with the male inmates at Phillips men’s unit. When the warden at Metro women’s prison found out about the man and his dog she requested we bring them to Metro to show the inmates what a finished product looked like because they train dogs at Metro using female inmates.
First time we did a first half, and second half program to nearly 400 women with the same platforms in Metro gym, keeping the isles full of dancing inmates and teammates turning into praise and worship by the end of the day.
First time 180 men and women gave their lives to Christ while 403 men and women rededicated to serve him faithfully, then signing up to do follow-up bible study the same day.
Thanks to all you wonderful Platforms, Coordinators, Teammates for leaving a sweet essence of the spirit of God with the Prison Officials, Correction Officers, and especially the Inmates.
We hope to see you in Columbia WOC March 27, 28.
